Bane - 12:58 AM Rome 7"

Today's post is the latest installment in the recent Bane 7" series, which sees 40 different record labels release 800 7"s on 4000 different vinyl colours over the course of the next 30 years.

This one is called 'Rome, 12:58 AM' and is released by Hurry Up! Records. Pressing info on this one is as follows...

Some on grey:

A barrel load on Maroon:

And infinity copies on purple-ish with some blue in it:

Soon I am going to be able to pile all of my Bane 7"s on top of each other and knock the moon out of the sky.

I do think Bane are taking the piss out of all you compulsive obsessive record collector nerds with this 7" and rightly so too...

Compulsive obsessive record collector nerds?

I'd rather be that than anonymous :o)

I'm with Wade on the bane collection picture. I'm not a fan of the band but I would quite like to see all the sleeves for this series of 7's together (or the ones released so far anyway).

In the grand scheme of things, we're all pretty anonymous...

I can't be bothered posting a pic of the entire Bane series until I have the fourth (and final) installment. If I take one now, I'll just have to take another one when the fourth one comes out.

Anonymous - good point.

as much as i love bane, i refuse to hunt down at least two colors of seven separate releases of the same two ep's. it's like a slap in the face.

Two colours of seven releases? Come on, you're exaggerating! I mean, that would be 14 records, which anyone knows would be completely insane.
No, there are actually only FOUR releases, but three colours of each. So only 12, which seems totally reasonable I'm sure you will agree.
